9月は、韓国在住のデザイナー、 イ・カンホー氏と以下の２点を物々交換しました。 We traded the following two objects with Kwangho LEE created during his residency KL + XA Lamp 韓国より持参した電気ケーブルを編んだ照明。彼は、これまで幾度もこの身近な素材を使い、編むという古来からの手法で、新しい印象を与える作品を作り続けています。農夫だった祖父が日用品を身の回りの自然素材で作る姿を見ながら育ったイ氏は、自分の手で何かを作ることは幼少期の頃より彼の大きな喜びであったそうです。今回は、XCHANGE APARTMENTSの部屋に到着し、日本の集合住宅のスケールを肌で感じながら、サイズやフォルムを考案しました。そのフォルムは取り付け方で変化し、様々な表情を見せます。 Ceiling lamp woven from electric cables.
